2004 - MISSION NEWS

- SBO pt- This lady had been to several hospitals and multiple surgeries
that left her in constant pain for years. We did extensive abdominal surgery
and she was able to walk out of the hospital pain free. She eventually
committed her life to the Lord and has decided to come on staff at our
hospital that had given her a renewed life. She has become one of the many
mission-minded employees of our hospital.
- US w/supp- This ids the Ultrasound unit that was donated and shipped
from California. It has been a great asset to us.
- Supplies- Here are the many medical supplies that were donated and we
bring with us each trip to Nigeria.
- OR team- Dr. Q and the residents prepared to do surgery.
- Dr res.-The residents getting experience doing surgery, after starting
with a prayer of, course.
- road - One of the roads leading to the mission house, which always makes
it interesting during the rainy season.

surgery.
- House - The residents with our cooks in front of the mission house- they
did a great job!
- Driver- Our driver and van that took us where we needed to go, even
weekend trips to churches out of town.
- WA lib- This is a picture of the WAAST (West African Advanced School of
Theology) Library and adjoining classrooms that are located in the building
adjoining the hospital.
- Teach 1 - Dr. sleiman teaching the Nigerian doctors on the treatment of
Congestive Heart Failure.

delivery procedures.

Nigeria has a very rich soil that grows almost anything.

nearby lake.

with small boats.

- beach- beach- Lagos Pastor is kind enough to take the residents out to
the beach near Lagos the day of our departure.
- deals. - The residents trying to bargain for items on the beach.
- AMS can.- One of our layovers took us thru Amsterdam where we were able
to see the many canals.
- Shiphol- This is Schiphol airport that we returned to fly back to the
states, a 10 hr. flight.
